The administrative authority performs its task without bias.
2.
The administrative authority shall ensure that persons belonging to or working for the administrative authority who have a personal interest in a decision do not influence the decision-making.

Het bestuursorgaan waakt ertegen dat tot het bestuursorgaan behorende of daarvoor werkzame personen die een persoonlijk belang bij een besluit hebben, de besluitvorming beïnvloeden.
