Any person who intentionally has in his possession an object in which a work is embodied in infringement of another's copyright,
offers for distribution to the public,
has available for reproduction or for distribution,
imports, transits, exports or
keeps for profit
shall be punished by a term of imprisonment not exceeding one year or a fine of the fifth category.
Hij die opzettelijk een voorwerp waarin met inbreuk op eens anders auteursrecht een werk is vervat,
openlijk ter verspreiding aanbiedt,
ter verveelvoudiging of ter verspreiding voorhanden heeft,
invoert, doorvoert, uitvoert of
bewaart uit winstbejag
wordt gestraft met gevangenisstraf van ten hoogste één jaar of geldboete van de vijfde categorie.
