Any person who intentionally infringes upon the copyright of another shall be punished by a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or a fine of the fourth category.
Hij, die opzettelijk inbreuk maakt op eens anders auteursrecht, wordt gestraft met gevangenisstraf van ten hoogste zes maanden of geldboete van de vierde categorie.
