Any person who makes a profession of committing the offences referred to in Articles 31 and 31a, or who carries out the commission of these offences as a business, shall be punished by a term of imprisonment not exceeding four years or a fine of the fifth category.
Hij die van het plegen van de misdrijven, als bedoeld in de artikelen 31 en 31a, zijn beroep maakt of het plegen van deze misdrijven als bedrijf uitoefent, wordt gestraft met gevangenisstraf van ten hoogste vier jaar of geldboete van de vijfde categorie.
