He who, in respect of an object of which he can reasonably suspect that it contains a work in which the copyright of another is infringed,
a.
offers for distribution to the public;
b.
has available for reproduction or for distribution;
c.
imports, transits, exports or
d.
keeps for profit
shall be punished by a fine of the third category.
Hij die een voorwerp waarvan hij redelijkerwijs kan vermoeden dat daarin met inbreuk op eens anders auteursrecht een werk is vervat,
a.
openlijk ter verspreiding aanbiedt;
b.
ter verveelvoudiging of ter verspreiding voorhanden heeft;
c.
invoert, doorvoert, uitvoert of
d.
bewaart uit winstbejag
wordt gestraft met geldboete van de derde categorie.
