This Act and the provisions based thereon shall apply to work performed by personnel in civil public service, unless the application of this Act and the provisions based thereon obstructs the proper performance of the tasks assigned by law and the provisions based thereon, or the maintenance of the legal order and the investigation of criminal offences by such personnel.
Deze wet en de daarop berustende bepalingen zijn van toepassing op arbeid verricht door personeel in burgerlijke openbare dienst, tenzij de toepassing van deze wet en de daarop berustende bepalingen een goede uitoefening van de bij wet en de daarop berustende bepalingen gegeven taken, dan wel het handhaven van de rechtsorde en het opsporen van strafbare feiten door dit personeel belemmert.
