The Social Insurance Bank (Sociale verzekeringsbank) shall suspend the payment of the old-age pension if the person to whom an old-age pension has been granted is an alien who does not reside lawfully in the Netherlands as referred to in Article 8 of the Aliens Act 2000 (Vreemdelingenwet 2000).
The payment of the old-age pension shall be resumed if the person concerned submits an application to that effect and it has become apparent to the Social Insurance Bank (Sociale verzekeringsbank) that he is factually residing or staying outside the Netherlands.
De Sociale verzekeringsbank schort de betaling van het ouderdomspensioen op indien degene aan wie een ouderdomspensioen is toegekend een vreemdeling is die niet rechtmatig in Nederland verblijf houdt als bedoeld in artikel 8 van de Vreemdelingenwet 2000.
De betaling van het ouderdomspensioen wordt hervat indien betrokkene daartoe een aanvraag indient en het de Sociale verzekeringsbank is gebleken dat hij feitelijk buiten Nederland woont of verblijf houdt.
