Any person who, by virtue of the application of Article 45 of the Health Care Market Regulation Act, receives data or information for the purpose of the timely identification of risks regarding the ability to comply with the obligation referred to in Article 11, paragraph 1, opening words and point (a), is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of such data, except insofar as any statutory provision obliges them to disclose it.
Een ieder die uit hoofde van de toepassing van artikel 45 van de Wet marktordening gezondheidszorg gegevens of inlichtingen ontvangt ten behoeve van de tijdige signalering van risico’s voor het kunnen voldoen aan de verplichting, bedoeld in artikel 11, eerste lid, onderdeel a, is verplicht tot geheimhouding van deze gegevens, behoudens voor zover enig wettelijk voorschrift hem tot mededeling verplicht.
