The CAK, the Healthcare Institute and the Healthcare Authority shall, on their own initiative, provide Our Minister with information regarding developments that lead or may lead to a situation in which insured persons are unable to freely choose between health insurers and the variants of health insurance offered by them, or that may jeopardise the lawful and full implementation of health insurance policies with regard to policyholders or insured persons.
The Healthcare Institute and the Healthcare Authority shall, upon request, provide the Healthcare Restructuring Board (College sanering), as referred to in the Care Institutions Admission Act, with the information and data necessary for the performance of their duties.
The Healthcare Institute and the Healthcare Authority shall grant persons designated by an administrative body, as referred to in the second paragraph, access to and inspection of business data and documents, insofar as this is reasonably necessary for the performance of their duties.
Het CAK, het Zorginstituut en de zorgautoriteit verstrekken Onze Minister uit eigen beweging inlichtingen over ontwikkelingen die ertoe leiden of kunnen leiden dat ten behoeve van verzekerden niet vrij kan worden gekozen tussen zorgverzekeraars en de door hen aangeboden varianten van de zorgverzekering of die een rechtmatige en volledige uitvoering van zorgverzekeringen jegens de verzekeringnemers of verzekerden in gevaar kunnen brengen.
Het Zorginstituut en de zorgautoriteit verstrekken desgevraagd aan het het College sanering, bedoeld in de Wet toelating zorginstellingen, de voor de uitoefening van hun taak benodigde inlichtingen en gegevens.
Het Zorginstituut en de zorgautoriteit verlenen aan door een bestuursorgaan, bedoeld in het tweede lid, aangewezen personen toegang tot en inzage in zakelijke gegevens en bescheiden, voor zover dat voor de vervulling van hun taak redelijkerwijs nodig is.
