The CAK shall provide a contribution to a health insurer if it has maintained the coverage of the health insurance for insured persons for whom the administrative law premium is due, without prejudice.
Rules shall be established by ministerial regulation regarding the period for which the contribution is provided, the amount of the contribution, the manner in which the contribution is provided, including the data and accountability to be submitted by the health insurer, and the administration to be maintained by the health insurer.
Het CAK verstrekt een zorgverzekeraar een bijdrage indien hij verzekerden voor wier zorgverzekering de bestuursrechtelijke premie verschuldigd is, onverminderd onder de dekking van de zorgverzekering heeft gehouden.
Bij ministeriële regeling worden regels gesteld over de periode waarvoor de bijdrage wordt verstrekt, de hoogte van de bijdrage, de wijze waarop de bijdrage wordt verstrekt, waaronder de door de zorgverzekeraar over te leggen gegevens en verantwoording, en de door de zorgverzekeraar te voeren administratie.
