An insurer shall notify the healthcare authority in writing of its intention to offer and implement healthcare insurance policies, stating the date on which it will commence offering healthcare insurance policies.
The insurer shall attach to the notification all standard agreements under which it wishes to offer health insurance policies.
A health insurer shall submit amendments to its model agreements or new model agreements to the healthcare authority before they take effect.
Een verzekeraar meldt het voornemen zorgverzekeringen aan te bieden en uit te voeren schriftelijk aan de zorgautoriteit, onder vermelding van de dag met ingang waarvan hij zorgverzekeringen zal aanbieden.
De verzekeraar voegt bij de melding alle modelovereenkomsten volgens welke hij zorgverzekeringen wenst aan te bieden.
Een zorgverzekeraar legt wijzigingen in zijn modelovereenkomsten of nieuwe modelovereenkomsten voordat deze ingaan aan de zorgautoriteit over.
