There is a Financial Intelligence Unit.
The general management, the organisation and the administration of the Financial Intelligence Unit shall vest in Our Minister of Justice.
The appointment, suspension and dismissal of the head of the Financial Intelligence Unit shall be effected by Royal Decree upon the recommendation of Our Minister of Justice, in accordance with Our Minister of Finance.
Our Minister of Justice shall determine the budget of the Financial Intelligence Unit in accordance with Our Minister of Finance.

De algemene leiding, de organisatie en het beheer van de Financiële inlichtingen eenheid berusten bij Onze Minister van Justitie.
Benoeming, schorsing en ontslag van het hoofd van de Financiële inlichtingen eenheid geschieden bij koninklijk besluit op voordracht van Onze Minister van Justitie, in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Financiën.
Onze Minister van Justitie bepaalt in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Financiën de begroting van de Financiële inlichtingen eenheid.
