The board shall enter the annotation "under investigation" with respect to a value datum if, in relation to that value datum:
a notification has been made;
a notice of objection or an appeal has been lodged;
a petition for an ex officio reduction has been filed, or
moreover, reasonable doubt has arisen regarding the accuracy of that information.
For the parts (a) and (d), a time limit to be determined by ministerial regulation shall apply, within which the board shall determine whether or not the annotation "under investigation" is to be entered.
The board shall remove the entry "under investigation".
after the processing of the investigation following the report;
after the decision on the objection or the judicial decision has become irrevocable;
after the processing of the petition for ex officio reduction, or
after the completion of the investigation following the situation referred to in the first paragraph, point (d).
Het college plaatst de aantekening «in onderzoek» bij een waardegegeven indien ten aanzien van dat waardegegeven:
een terugmelding is gedaan;
een bezwaar- of beroepschrift is ingediend;
een verzoek om ambtshalve vermindering is gedaan, of
overigens gerede twijfel is ontstaan omtrent de juistheid van dat gegeven.
Voor de onderdelen a en d geldt een bij ministeriële regeling te bepalen termijn waarbinnen het college bepaalt of de aantekening «in onderzoek» al dan niet wordt geplaatst.
Het college verwijdert de aantekening «in onderzoek»:
na de afhandeling van het onderzoek naar aanleiding van de terugmelding;
nadat de beslissing op bezwaar of de rechterlijke uitspraak onherroepelijk is geworden;
na de afhandeling van het verzoek om ambtshalve vermindering, of
na de afhandeling van het onderzoek naar aanleiding van de situatie, bedoeld in het eerste lid, onderdeel d.
