A recipient who has reasonable doubt regarding the accuracy of an authentic datum that they have received via the national WOZ facility shall report this to the Service, stating the reasons for doing so. The Service shall forward the report without delay to the municipal executive concerned.
Insofar as a notification relates to an authentic datum that has been derived from another basic registration, the municipal executive shall forward that notification without delay to the administrator of that other basic registration and shall notify the recipient who submitted the notification thereof.
Rules may be laid down by ministerial regulation regarding:
the cases in which a notification may be omitted, because the notification is not relevant for the maintenance of the basic registration;
the manner in which a notification of feedback must be made;
the period within which the processing of the investigation following a notification regarding a data value must take place.
Een afnemer die gerede twijfel heeft over de juistheid van een authentiek gegeven dat hij via de landelijke voorziening WOZ verstrekt heeft gekregen meldt dit onder opgaaf van redenen aan de Dienst. De Dienst stuurt de melding onverwijld door naar het college dat het aangaat.
Voor zover een terugmelding betrekking heeft op een authentiek gegeven dat is overgenomen uit een andere basisregistratie, zendt het college die melding onverwijld door aan de beheerder van die andere basisregistratie en doet daarvan mededeling aan de afnemer die de terugmelding heeft gedaan.
Bij ministeriële regeling kunnen regels worden gesteld omtrent:
de gevallen waarin een terugmelding achterwege kan blijven, omdat de terugmelding niet van belang is voor het bijhouden van de basisregistratie;
de wijze waarop een terugmelding moet worden gedaan;
de termijn waarbinnen de afhandeling van het onderzoek naar aanleiding van een terugmelding over een waardegegeven moet plaatsvinden.
