Articles 36b up to and including 36e, 36h and 36n of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis to services, notifications and summonses made pursuant to this Act, unless this Act provides otherwise.
Op betekeningen, kennisgevingen en oproepingen gedaan krachtens deze wet zijn de artikelen 36b tot en met 36e, 36h en 36n van het Wetboek van Strafvordering van overeenkomstige toepassing, tenzij deze wet anders bepaalt.
