Articles 48 and 50 of the Extradition Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to petitions for the transit through Netherlands territory of persons who are placed at the disposal of the authorities of another state by the authorities of a foreign state for the purpose of the enforcement of a judicial decision.
Op verzoeken om doorvoer over Nederlands grondgebied van personen die ten behoeve van de tenuitvoerlegging van een rechterlijke beslissing door de autoriteiten van een vreemde staat ter beschikking van de autoriteiten van een andere staat worden gesteld, zijn de artikelen 48 en 50 van de Uitleveringswet van overeenkomstige toepassing.
