1.
If Our Minister has granted the petition for enforcement, he shall issue the instruction for the enforcement or continued enforcement of the custodial sanction imposed in the foreign state in the Netherlands.
2.
The enforcement of the sanction referred to in the first paragraph shall take place by order of Our Minister.

Indien Onze Minister het verzoek tot tenuitvoerlegging heeft ingewilligd, geeft hij de aanwijzing tot tenuitvoerlegging of verdere tenuitvoerlegging van de in de vreemde staat opgelegde vrijheidsbenemende sanctie in Nederland.
2.
De tenuitvoerlegging van de in het eerste lid bedoelde sanctie geschiedt op last van Onze Minister.
