Article 13d

The examining magistrate and, insofar as this authority is not reserved for the examining magistrate, every public prosecutor and assistant public prosecutor are authorised to proceed to seizure as referred to in Articles 13a and 13b.
The provisions of Articles 94b, 94c, 94d, 97-102, 103, 104-114, 116-117a, 118, 118b, 119, 552a, 552c-552e and 6:1:5 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Tot inbeslagneming als bedoeld in de artikelen 13a en 13b zijn bevoegd de rechter-commissaris en, voor zover die bevoegdheid niet aan de rechter-commissaris is voorbehouden, iedere officier van justitie en hulpofficier.
Het bepaalde in de artikelen 94b, 94c, 94d, 97-102, 103, 104-114, 116-117a, 118, 118b, 119, 552a, 552c -552e en 6:1:5 van het Wetboek van Strafvordering is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
