in forceA sanction imposed in a foreign state cannot be enforced in the Netherlands if, in the opinion of Our Minister, there is a well-founded suspicion that the decision to prosecute or the imposition of the sanction was prompted by considerations of race, religion, belief, nationality, or political conviction of the convicted person, or was adversely influenced thereby.
Een in een vreemde staat opgelegde sanctie kan in Nederland niet worden ten uitvoer gelegd indien naar het oordeel van Onze Minister een gegrond vermoeden bestaat dat de beslissing tot vervolging of de oplegging van de sanctie is ingegeven door overwegingen van ras, godsdienst, levensovertuiging, nationaliteit of politieke overtuiging van de veroordeelde of deswege ongunstig is beïnvloed.
