The municipal executive (college van burgemeester en wethouders) as well as the provincial executive (gedeputeerde staten) shall provide information in accordance with regulations laid down by or pursuant to an order in council, for the purpose of the data to be provided by Our Minister to the States General pursuant to Article 64.
By or pursuant to the Order in Council referred to in the first paragraph, regulations shall in any event be provided regarding the nature and scope of the information to be provided, the authorities that must be heard before the information is provided, as well as the manner in which, the time at which, and the authority to which the information must be provided.
Het college van burgemeester en wethouders alsmede gedeputeerde staten verstrekken overeenkomstig bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur gegeven voorschriften informatie ten behoeve van de door Onze Minister ingevolge artikel 64 aan de Staten-Generaal te verstrekken gegevens.
Bij of krachtens de algemene maatregel van bestuur, bedoeld in het eerste lid, worden in elk geval voorschriften gegeven omtrent de aard en omvang van de te verstrekken informatie, de instanties die, alvorens de informatie wordt verstrekt, moeten worden gehoord, alsmede de wijze waarop, het tijdstip waarop en de instantie waaraan de informatie moet worden verstrekt.
