Article 88
in forceThe Royal Notarial Professional Organisation · The financial resources of the KNB
The financial year of the KNB shall be determined by the board.
The board shall appoint an auditor for each financial year, who is charged with the audit of the financial statements, consisting of a balance sheet, a statement of income and expenditure, and notes thereto. The auditor shall report thereon to the board within three months after the end of the financial year.
Within eight months after the end of the financial year, the board shall submit the financial statements, together with the report issued thereon by the accountant, as well as the budget for the coming financial year with an explanatory note, to the members' council. After examining these documents, the members' council shall report thereon to the general meeting of members.
The adoption of the financial statements by the general meeting of members also implies the discharge of the board in respect thereof.
