Upon the proposal of the Board of the KNB, the general meeting of members shall establish further rules regarding its working methods, the manner of convening meetings, the decision-making process and the manner in which voting takes place during meetings, the manner in which documents or subjects to be discussed are brought to the attention of the members, as well as the manner in which its decisions are brought to the attention of the members of the KNB.
Op voorstel van het bestuur van de KNB stelt de algemene ledenvergadering nadere regels vast betreffende haar werkwijze, de wijze van vergaderen, de besluitvorming en de wijze waarop in de vergaderingen worden gestemd, de wijze waarop te behandelen stukken of onderwerpen ter kennis worden gebracht van de leden, alsmede de wijze waarop haar besluiten aan de leden van de KNB ter kennis worden gebracht.
