The general meeting of members shall deliberate and, if necessary, decide on the report of the activities of the board of the KNB, as well as on the financial accountability, the report of the accountant referred to in Article 88, paragraph 2, the draft budget for the coming year and the accompanying explanatory notes, as well as the advice issued by the members' council regarding these documents.
De algemene ledenvergadering beraadslaagt en beslist zonodig over het verslag van de werkzaamheden van het bestuur van de KNB, alsmede over de financiële verantwoording, het verslag van de accountant, bedoeld in artikel 88, tweede lid, de ontwerp-begroting voor het komende jaar en de daarbij behorende toelichtingen alsmede de over deze stukken door de ledenraad uitgebrachte adviezen.
