The members of each ring are the civil-law notaries (notarissen), junior civil-law notaries (toegevoegd notarissen) and candidate civil-law notaries (kandidaat-notarissen) established and practicing within that district. The ring shall be designated by stating the district.
The rings may be charged by the board of the KNB with the execution of the tasks described in Article 61, paragraph 1, within the district.
The ring has a board and a ring assembly. The ring is a legal person.
Leden van elke ring zijn de in dat arrondissement gevestigde en werkzame notarissen, toegevoegd notarissen en kandidaat-notarissen. De ring wordt aangeduid met vermelding van het arrondissement.
De ringen kunnen door het bestuur van de KNB worden belast met de uitvoering van de in artikel 61, eerste lid, omschreven taken in het arrondissement.
De ring heeft een bestuur en een ringvergadering. De ring is een rechtspersoon.
