The civil-law notary is obliged, at the request of the client, to draw up an invoice for his fee for official services and the other costs associated with the matter, from which it clearly appears in what manner the charged amount has been calculated.
Regulations shall be established by ordinance concerning the structure of a general complaints and disputes procedure for the civil-law notary profession, including the establishment of a disputes committee.
De notaris is verplicht om op verzoek van de cliënt een rekening van zijn honorarium voor ambtelijke werkzaamheden en de overige aan de zaak verbonden kosten op te maken, waaruit duidelijk blijkt op welke wijze het in rekening gebrachte bedrag is berekend.
Bij verordening worden regels gesteld betreffende de inrichting van een algemene klachten- en geschillenregeling voor het notariaat, waaronder de instelling van een geschillencommissie.
