By Order in Council, rates or rules for determining the fee that the civil-law notary charges the client for the performance of official duties shall be established, insofar as this is manifestly necessary to guarantee the continuity of accessible notarial services.
The first paragraph may, if necessary, be applied immediately after the transitional arrangement referred to in Article 127, paragraphs 2 and 3, has ended.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur worden voor het verrichten van ambtelijke werkzaamheden tarieven dan wel regels vastgesteld ter bepaling van het honorarium dat de notaris de cliënt in rekening brengt, voor zover zulks kennelijk noodzakelijk is om de continuïteit van een toegankelijke notariële dienstverlening te waarborgen.
Het eerste lid kan zonodig onmiddellijk nadat de in artikel 127, tweede en derde lid, bedoelde overgangsregeling is geëindigd, worden toegepast.
