Those who are members of a chamber for the civil-law notary profession (kamer voor het notariaat) may recuse themselves and may be challenged if there are facts or circumstances concerning them that could generally prejudice impartiality. Title IV of the Fourth Book of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Zij die deel uitmaken van een kamer voor het notariaat kunnen zich verschonen en kunnen worden gewraakt, indien te hunnen aanzien feiten of omstandigheden bestaan, waardoor in het algemeen de onpartijdigheid schade zou kunnen lijden. Titel IV van het Vierde Boek van het Wetboek van Strafvordering is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
