The consent of the Public Prosecution Service to the transmission of the judicial decision is not required if the convicted person has his permanent place of residence or actual residence in the Netherlands and has returned or wishes to return to the Netherlands.
De instemming van het openbaar ministerie met de toezending van de rechterlijke uitspraak is niet vereist indien de veroordeelde zijn vaste woon- of verblijfplaats in Nederland heeft en in Nederland is teruggekeerd of wenst terug te keren.
