5:1 Article 5:1

5:2 Article 5:2

In the relationship with the Member States of the European Union, this Act replaces the Act on the Transfer of Execution of Criminal Judgments.

5:3 Article 5:3

This Act shall enter into force at a time to be determined by Royal Decree.

5:4 Article 5:4

This Act shall be cited as: Act on the mutual recognition and enforcement of custodial and conditional sanctions.
