If the convicted person is in the Netherlands, Our Minister shall notify him of the transmission of the certificate and the judicial decision by means of the form sent by the issuing Member State, which has been drawn up in accordance with the model established by Order in Council.
Indien de veroordeelde zich in Nederland bevindt, stelt Onze Minister hem door middel van het door de uitvaardigende lidstaat toegezonden formulier, dat is opgesteld overeenkomstig het bij algemene maatregel van bestuur vastgestelde model, in kennis van de toezending van het certificaat en de rechterlijke uitspraak.
