Article 33

If Our Minister decides that the execution of the confiscation order in the executing Member State must be discontinued, he shall notify the competent authority thereof in writing without delay.
In the event of the application of Article 31, paragraph 6 or 7, Our Minister shall immediately notify the competent authorities in all implementing Member States, if
he is of the opinion that there is a risk that the maximum amount determined in the decision for confiscation will be exceeded;
the decision regarding confiscation has been executed in whole or in part in the Netherlands or one of the other executing states; if applicable, the amount still to be executed shall be specified;
Our Minister receives a sum of money that the convicted person has voluntarily paid in the context of the decision on confiscation, following the transmission of that decision on confiscation to another Member State.
Indien Onze Minister beslist dat de tenuitvoerlegging van de beslissing tot confiscatie in de uitvoerende lidstaat moet worden gestaakt, stelt hij de bevoegde autoriteit hiervan onverwijld schriftelijk in kennis.
In geval van toepassing van artikel 31, zesde of zevende lid, stelt Onze Minister onmiddellijk de bevoegde autoriteiten in alle uitvoerende lidstaten in kennis, indien
hij van oordeel is dat het risico bestaat dat het in de beslissing tot confiscatie bepaalde maximumbedrag zal worden overschreden;
de beslissing tot confiscatie geheel of ten dele ten uitvoer is gelegd in Nederland of een van de andere uitvoerende staten; indien van toepassing wordt het nog ten uitvoer te leggen bedrag gespecificeerd;
Onze Minister een geldsom ontvangt die de veroordeelde vrijwillig heeft betaald in het kader van de beslissing tot confiscatie, na de toezending van die beslissing tot confiscatie naar een andere lidstaat.
