Article 32

The right to enforcement in the Netherlands of the decision transmitted to the executing Member State shall remain in effect, without prejudice to the application of the provisions of Article 31.
Het recht van tenuitvoerlegging in Nederland van de aan de uitvoerende lidstaat toegezonden beslissing blijft bestaan, onverminderd de toepassing van de bepalingen in artikel 31.
