The Public Prosecution Service shall provide written notification of the withdrawal to the suspect without delay.
If notification has been given to the injured party in accordance with Article 413 or 433, they shall be notified of any withdrawal of the appeal by the Public Prosecution Service at the court that rendered the judgment or appellate decision.
Van de intrekking, door het openbaar ministerie gedaan, geschiedt onverwijld schriftelijke mededeling aan de verdachte.
Indien aan de benadeelde partij overeenkomstig artikel 413 of 433 kennisgeving is gedaan, wordt haar van elke intrekking van het beroep kennis gegeven vanwege het openbaar ministerie bij het gerecht dat het vonnis of arrest heeft gewezen.
