The public prosecutor shall submit a list of objects seized pursuant to Article 94 that have not yet been returned. Furthermore, he shall provide notification of the proceeds of the objects in respect of which an authorisation has been granted pursuant to Article 117, paragraph 2.
The presiding judge shall, if necessary, show the objects serving as evidence to the defendant and the witnesses and shall examine them in relation thereto.
De officier van justitie legt een lijst met op grond van artikel 94 inbeslaggenomen, nog niet teruggegeven voorwerpen over. Hij doet voorts mededeling van de opbrengst van de voorwerpen ten aanzien waarvan een machtiging op grond van artikel 117, tweede lid, is verleend.
De voorzitter toont zo nodig de voorwerpen die als stukken van overtuiging dienen, aan de verdachte en de getuigen en hoort hen daaromtrent.
