Definitions:
under orders, decisions not rendered at the hearing;
judicial decisions include both the orders of a court and the judgments;
under rulings, the decisions rendered at the hearing;
final judgments include decisions to suspend the prosecution or to declare the court incompetent, the case inadmissible, or the summons void, as well as those rendered on the merits after the conclusion of the entire investigation at the hearing.
Worden verstaan:
onder beschikkingen de niet op de terechtzitting gegeven beslissingen;
onder rechterlijke beslissingen zowel de beschikkingen van een rechter als de uitspraken;
onder uitspraken de op de terechtzitting gegeven beslissingen;
onder einduitspraken de uitspraken tot schorsing der vervolging of tot verklaring van onbevoegdheid, niet-ontvankelijkheid of nietigheid van dagvaarding, en die welke na afloop van het geheele onderzoek op de terechtzitting over de zaak worden gedaan.
