Any person who, without being entitled to do so, allows livestock to roam in gardens, coppices or alluvial lands, on any pasture or hayfield, or on any land that has been sown, planted or cultivated, or that has been prepared for sowing, planting or cultivation, shall be punished with a fine of the first category.
Hij die, zonder daartoe gerechtigd te zijn, vee laat lopen in tuinen, hakbossen of rijswaarden, op enig wei- of hooiland of op enige grond die bezaaid, bepoot of beplant is, of die ter bezaaiing, bepoting of beplanting is gereedgemaakt, wordt gestraft met geldboete van de eerste categorie.
