Any person who, without being entitled to do so, allows their non-fledgling poultry to roam in gardens or on any land that is sown, planted, or cultivated, shall be punished with a fine of the first category.
Hij die, zonder daartoe gerechtigd te zijn, zijn niet uitvliegend pluimgedierte laat lopen in tuinen of op enige grond die bezaaid, bepoot of beplant is, wordt gestraft met geldboete van de eerste categorie.
