A fine of the second category shall be imposed on:
he who fails to comply, or fails to comply properly, with any obligation imposed by Article 195 of Book 8 of the Civil Code in connection with Articles 192 and 178, paragraph 3, of Book 8 of the Civil Code, or imposed by Articles 785 and 786 of Book 8 of the Civil Code in connection with Articles 782 and 178, paragraph 3, in addition to Article 771 of Book 8 of that Code, or in the general administrative orders referred to in Articles 231 and 841 of Book 8 of the Civil Code;
he who removes, alters, or in any other manner than permitted by the general administrative order referred to under 1° makes unclear or invisible the brand, name, or identification marks on a registered ship, as prescribed in the aforementioned general administrative order;
he who fails to comply, or fails to comply properly, with the obligation imposed in Article 1304, paragraph 2, of Book 8 of the Civil Code, or with any obligation imposed in an order in council issued pursuant to Article 1321 of Book 8 of the Civil Code.
Met geldboete van de tweede categorie wordt gestraft:
hij die niet of niet behoorlijk voldoet aan enige verplichting, opgelegd in artikel 195 van Boek 8 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek in verband met de artikelen 192 en 178 derde lid van Boek 8 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, of opgelegd in de artikelen 785 en 786 van Boek 8 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek in verband met de artikelen 782 en 178 derde lid, naast artikel 771 van Boek 8 van dat Wetboek of in de algemene maatregelen van bestuur bedoeld in de artikelen 231 en 841 van Boek 8 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek;
hij die het brandmerk, de benaming of kentekens op een teboekstaand schip, voorgeschreven in de onder 1° genoemde algemene maatregel van bestuur, verwijdert, verandert dan wel onduidelijk of onzichtbaar maakt op een andere wijze dan volgens die algemene maatregel van bestuur geoorloofd is;
hij die niet of niet behoorlijk voldoet aan de verplichting, opgelegd in artikel 1304, tweede lid, van Boek 8 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, of aan enige verplichting, opgelegd in een algemene maatregel van bestuur, uitgevaardigd krachtens artikel 1321 van Boek 8 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek.
