If the court deems it advisable in connection with the minor gravity of the offence, the personality of the offender, or the circumstances under which the offence was committed, or those that have occurred subsequently, it may determine in the judgment that no punishment or measure shall be imposed.
Indien de rechter dit raadzaam acht in verband met de geringe ernst van het feit, de persoonlijkheid van de dader of de omstandigheden waaronder het feit is begaan, dan wel die zich nadien hebben voorgedaan, kan hij in het vonnis bepalen dat geen straf of maatregel zal worden opgelegd.
