Article 17
in forceOf the general partnership and of the partnership by way of financing or called "en commandite"
Each of the partners, who is not excluded therefrom, is authorised to act in the name of the partnership, to disburse and receive funds, and to bind the partnership to third parties, and third parties to the partnership.
Acts which do not relate to the partnership, or for which the partners are unauthorized according to the agreement, are not included under this provision.
Elk der vennooten, die daarvan niet is uitgesloten, is bevoegd ten name der vennootschap te handelen, gelden uit te geven en te ontvangen, en de vennootschap aan derden, en derden aan de vennootschap te verbinden.
Handelingen welke niet tot de vennootschap betrekkelijk zijn, of tot welke de vennooten volgens de overeenkomst onbevoegd zijn, worden onder deze bepaling niet begrepen.
