Article 2:22
in forceThe role of the employees in the European Cooperative Society (SCE) · The role of the employees in the SCE pursuant to standard rules
This Section shall apply from the date of registration of the SCE in the Netherlands if:
the participating legal entities and the special negotiating body agree, or
no agreement has been concluded within the period stipulated in Article 2:18, and
each of the participating legal entities decides to agree that Section 3 of this Chapter with regard to the SCE shall be applied in order to be able to register the SCE, and
the special negotiating body has not taken the decision referred to in Article 2:14, paragraph 1, point (b).
Deze afdeling is van toepassing vanaf de datum van inschrijving van de SCE in Nederland indien:
de deelnemende juridische lichamen en de bijzondere onderhandelingsgroep dat overeenkomen, dan wel
er binnen de in artikel 2:18 gestelde termijn geen overeenkomst is gesloten, en
elk van de deelnemende juridische lichamen besluit ermee in te stemmen dat afdeling 3 van dit hoofdstuk met betrekking tot de SCE wordt toegepast teneinde de SCE te kunnen inschrijven, en
de bijzondere onderhandelingsgroep niet het in artikel 2:14, eerste lid, onderdeel b, bedoelde besluit heeft genomen.
