The judicial officers referred to in Article 142 are obliged to provide information when the Procurator General at the Supreme Court requests such on the basis of Article 122, paragraph 2.
De rechterlijke ambtenaren, bedoeld in artikel 142, zijn verplicht tot het verstrekken van inlichtingen wanneer de procureur-generaal bij de Hoge Raad op grond van artikel 122, tweede lid, daarom vraagt.
