Our Minister may charge a judicial officer as referred to in Article 1, part b, under 5° up to and including 7°, with the performance of the duties of another office within the Public Prosecution Service.
Onze Minister kan een rechterlijk ambtenaar als bedoeld in artikel 1, onderdeel b, onder 5° tot en met 7°, belasten met de waarneming van een ander ambt bij het openbaar ministerie.
