The following persons are employed at the Office of the Prosecutor General:
the Procurators General who constitute the Board;
other officials.
At the office of the Prosecutor General, the following may be employed: chief advocates general, senior advocates general, advocates general, deputy advocates general, chief public prosecutors, deputy chief public prosecutors, senior public prosecutors A, senior public prosecutors, public prosecutors, assistant public prosecutors, deputy public prosecutors, trainee public prosecutors, public prosecutors for single-judge sessions, and deputy public prosecutors for single-judge sessions.
A Chief Advocate General, Senior Advocate General, Advocate General or Deputy Advocate General as referred to in the second paragraph shall, by operation of law, be a deputy advocate general at the district public prosecutor's office (ressortsparket).
A chief public prosecutor, deputy chief public prosecutor, senior public prosecutor A, senior public prosecutor, public prosecutor, substitute public prosecutor or deputy public prosecutor, or respectively a public prosecutor for single-judge sessions or deputy public prosecutor for single-judge sessions, as referred to in the second paragraph, shall by operation of law be a deputy public prosecutor or, respectively, a deputy public prosecutor for single-judge sessions at the district public prosecutor's offices, the functional public prosecutor's office, the national public prosecutor's office and the public prosecutor's office for central processing of the public prosecution service.
The Board of Procurators General (College van procureurs-generaal) heads the Public Prosecution Service.
The Procurators General, with the exception of the Procurator General referred to in Article 130, paragraph 4, are by operation of law deputy Advocates General at the district public prosecutor's office (ressortsparket), deputy public prosecutors at the district public prosecutor's offices (arrondissementsparketten), deputy public prosecutor at the national public prosecutor's office (landelijk parket), deputy public prosecutor at the functional public prosecutor's office (functioneel parket), and deputy public prosecutor at the public prosecutor's office for central processing (parket centrale verwerking openbaar ministerie).
Bij het parket-generaal zijn werkzaam:
de procureurs-generaal die het College vormen;
andere ambtenaren.
Bij het parket-generaal kunnen hoofdadvocaten-generaal, senior advocaten-generaal, advocaten-generaal, plaatsvervangende advocaten-generaal, hoofdofficieren van justitie, plaatsvervangende hoofdofficieren van justitie, senior officieren van justitie A, senior officieren van justitie, officieren van justitie, substituut-officieren van justitie, plaatsvervangende officieren van justitie, officieren in opleiding, officieren enkelvoudige zittingen en plaatsvervangende officieren enkelvoudige zittingen werkzaam zijn.
Een in het tweede lid bedoelde hoofdadvocaat-generaal, senior advocaat-generaal, advocaat-generaal of plaatsvervangend advocaat-generaal is van rechtswege plaatsvervangend advocaat-generaal bij het ressortsparket.
Een in het tweede lid bedoelde hoofdofficier van justitie, plaatsvervangend hoofdofficier van justitie, senior officier van justitie A, senior officier van justitie, officier van justitie, substituut-officier van justitie of plaatsvervangend officier van justitie onderscheidenlijk officier enkelvoudige zittingen of plaatsvervangend officier enkelvoudige zittingen is van rechtswege plaatsvervangend officier van justitie onderscheidenlijk plaatsvervangend officier enkelvoudige zittingen bij de arrondissementsparketten, het functioneel parket, het landelijk parket en het parket centrale verwerking openbaar ministerie.
Aan het hoofd van het parket-generaal staat het College.
De procureurs-generaal, met uitzondering van de in artikel 130, vierde lid, bedoelde procureur-generaal, zijn van rechtswege plaatsvervangend advocaat-generaal bij het ressortsparket, plaatsvervangend officier van justitie bij de arrondissementsparketten, plaatsvervangend officier van justitie bij het landelijk parket, plaatsvervangend officier van justitie bij het functioneel parket en plaatsvervangend officier van justitie bij het parket centrale verwerking openbaar ministerie.
