The judicial officers charged with the administration of justice in a district court (de rechtbank) are by operation of law deputy judges in the other district courts.

Rechterlijke ambtenaren met rechtspraak belast, werkzaam bij de rechtbanken zijn:

senior rechters A;

senior rechters;
c.
rechters;
d.
rechters-plaatsvervangers.
2.
De rechterlijke ambtenaren met rechtspraak belast in een rechtbank zijn van rechtswege rechter-plaatsvervanger in de overige rechtbanken.
