A decision of the board for the implementation of the tasks referred to in Article 23, paragraph 1, may be annulled by the Council if the decision is manifestly contrary to the law or to the interest of sound business operations of the court. Articles 10:36, 10:37, and 10:38 up to and including 10:45 of the General Administrative Law Act apply mutatis mutandis.
Een beslissing van het bestuur ter uitvoering van de in artikel 23, eerste lid, genoemde taken kan door de Raad worden vernietigd indien de beslissing kennelijk in strijd is met het recht of het belang van een goede bedrijfsvoering van het gerecht. De artikelen 10:36, 10:37, 10:38 tot en met 10:45 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
