The Council shall inform each court as soon as possible after the notification referred to in Article 101 of the budget, including the conditions to be attached thereto, that may provisionally be expected for the coming financial year. At the same time, it shall also communicate the manner in which the estimated budget has been calculated.
De Raad deelt aan elk gerecht zo spoedig mogelijk na de mededeling, bedoeld in artikel 101 mede welk budget, met inbegrip van de daaraan te verbinden voorschriften, voor het komende begrotingsjaar voorlopig kan worden verwacht. Hij deelt daarbij tevens mede op welke wijze het geraamde budget is berekend.
