The works council shall ensure that the results of the elections are made known to the entrepreneur, to the persons employed in the enterprise, as well as to those who have submitted lists of candidates.
He shall ensure that the names and the functions within the enterprise of the members of the works council are continuously displayed in a place that is freely accessible to all persons working in the enterprise, in such a manner that they can be easily taken note of.
De ondernemingsraad draagt er zorg voor, dat de uitslag van de verkiezingen bekend wordt gemaakt aan de ondernemer, aan de in de onderneming werkzame personen, alsmede aan degenen die kandidatenlijsten hebben ingediend.
Hij draagt er zorg voor, dat de namen en de functies in de onderneming van de leden van de ondernemingsraad blijvend worden vermeld op een plaats die vrij toegankelijk is voor alle in de onderneming werkzame personen, op zodanige wijze dat daarvan gemakkelijk kennis kan worden genomen.
