The works council shall establish in its standing orders further rules regarding the nomination of candidates, the organisation of the elections and the determination of the results thereof, as well as regarding the filling of interim vacancies in the works council.
De ondernemingsraad stelt in zijn reglement nadere regelen betreffende de kandidaatstelling, de inrichting van de verkiezingen en de vaststelling van de uitslag daarvan, alsmede betreffende de vervulling van tussentijdse vacatures in de ondernemingsraad.
