The provisions of Articles 45a up to and including 45ga of the aforementioned Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the performance of a performing artist that is intended as a contribution to the creation of a cinematographic work as referred to in Article 45a of the Copyright Act.
Op de uitvoering van een uitvoerende kunstenaar, die bestemd is als bijdrage voor de totstandkoming van een filmwerk als bedoeld in artikel 45a van de Auteurswet, zijn de artikelen 45a tot en met 45ga van voornoemde wet van overeenkomstige toepassing.
